DO NOT TRUST THEM.
I ask them to do the awning for us, Joe come very quick with their sample and price.
Kind of pricey but they said they have license for long Island and can finish in couple day as long as they get the permit.
We sign the contract on 10/26/2012, they cash it on 11/6/2012
We sent it out just after hurricane Sandy.
Then it is the long waiting.........
They keep tell us cuz Sandy, so Building Dep got lots of case and is working on it.
After 2 month of waiting, I think some thing wrong.
I went to Building Dep and been told nothing was filed and their license was expire on 2007.
This is crazy, we trust a company who keep telling lie.
I try to call to the manager so many times, but the receptionist never let me talk to her and still try to lie to us.
I tell them that no file was in Build Dep. I need the receipt number.
She said she will call me back but she NEVER call me.
Terrible people. I hope it is not a spam company.
