Happy is not the word I'm trying to find.... I have been searching high and low for a spin bike to exercise with. It's hard at times to go to the gym with two kids under 4yrs.

I was researching long and hard about the Peloton bike which sounds good however the obligations and demands were not the most pleasant thing you want lingering in the back of your mind. I called Fitness showroom and spoke with Scott. He was so professional and welcoming over the phone and most of all he did not try to sell me one of his bike, instead he educated me on the benefits of all bike. Scott made it so easy to decide what I wanted in a bike and why.. I got an amazing deal and my bike was delivered in less time than expected.

Scott knows his products and was so willing and ready to help me with my purchase. I felt like my business was really appreciated. I will definitely be making the Rockville Center Fitness Showroom my new home for fitness equipment.

I searched high and low; I actually purchased a treadmill at Sears and had to return it the following week because the quality of the brand was not same as the previous treadmill I had purchased from them. The sales representatives were hard to find and when I did find someone, they were not knowledgeable about their own merchandise. Desperate, I then moved onto eBay and Craigslist and had an even worse experience. Although, discouraged and skeptical, I walked into Fitness Showroom and lucky thing for me because that is when Scott asked if he could help. Scott’s undivided attention and patience immediately put me at ease; I did not feel pressured or rushed. What was even more amazing was when I called my husband to come and take a look at the treadmill that I was interested in, and he is not easily impressed and doesn’t trust “salespeople”. My husband actually appreciated Scott because he actually wasn’t selling us anything, he was just educating us in way that was easy for us to understand and the equipment sold itself. Fitness Showroom is a very impressive facility, neat and clean displays of all the latest state-of-the-art equipment you could possibly dream of.

Scott gave us a great discount and a few other perks and told us what to expect from the time of purchase thru the delivery phase and any future service. Our treadmill arrived when they said it would and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. We now look forward to maintaining our rapport with Scott for future purchases with Fitness Showroom.

Fantastic store with fantastic and knowledgeable sales people. We worked with Scott Yule, who was as helpful as could be. Scott took the time to walk us through the different machines, each of their features and strengths of each. My wife and I tried several machines and asked a lot of questions. We both felt at home & comfortable in the store and bought a treadmill that fit our needs. Scott worked with us on selection, affordability and delivery. Delivery was flawless, on time and the delivery crew made sure we knew how to use the treadmill. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, with Scott, with the delivery and we will absolutely buy here again. Many thanks Scott!!

5 star recommendation. We recently purchased a Life Fitness Elliptical Cross-Trainer from the Rockville Center Fitness Showroom. Scott Yule, the store manager, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient with our questions and put no sales pressure on us. He has great knowledge of all of the equipment in the store and helped us find the appropriate Elliptical Cross- Trainer.
