Gyms should be clean, so they do have that going for them. The staff is alright. Some of the classes are great, like Marcia's spin class, others are a waste of time. Trying to cancel your membership is like trying to get out of Guantanamo Bay. When they say "fit for life," they really mean they will charge your credit card for life.
To illustrate how strict they are about their policies, I had to get a doctor's note from my OBGYN to tell them I was pregnant- that's it- just that I was pregnant, like wasn't faking it! My belly was ENORMOUS, but they said they needed it so I could suspend my account due to pregnancy without extra fees- ugh, give me a break.
If they get some better management and establish more client-friendly policies, this place would be a lot more appealing.

I've been a member for a bit over three years now which I put my two months notice. Two months notice is insane, jobs require two weeks and they pay me. Anyways, I petitioning to get the bin near the fire exit (in the free weight area) and all the sprays on the floor. The gym was better a year or two ago but since they've been giving it a "facelift" their policies and rules are starting to match Planet Fitness. If that's what you want then this is the gym for you.
Furthermore, the gym is very crowded from 4pm-7:30pm on weekdays. The parking is phenomenal and the locker rooms are always clean. The staff has a high turnover but in general the floor guys are awesome and the front desk is decent. However, that's not enough to undo some of the b.s. policies that they have.
tl;dr version: Pros: great parking, clean locker rooms, recent facelift, new machines. Cons: ownership, b.s. lifting policies (no chalk etc etc). crowded.

Nice gym, good staff. It's not the cheapest in the area, but it's easy to get to, parking is decent, and not a full of annoying gym rats. Everything, including bathrooms, is clean. I like that it's open to 11pm weekdays so if I want to get a quick work out late I can. The classes there are decent. I like the zumba and its instructors. They don't try to up sell special Zumba products (shoes, expensive toning sticks, belly dancer belts, ect), like other Zumba classes in the area. It's also nice that every machine has its own tv with a decent amount of tv channels and free wifi that works all the time (I love listening to Pandora when I work out)

Great gym, great staff, great atmosphere, great price! Is there much more to ask for? FFL becomes a place I look forward to going to. With a variety of classes (such as bootcamp and spinning etc.) as well as a variety of events for members to partake in, this gym really is worth it! Each member has the opportunity to have a personal trainer as well but I have been helped by many of the Fit Team members on the floor during my workout. They always offer advice and tips that improve your goal of weight loss, toning, and overall health.

Love it!
I'm back at FFL after experiencing other gyms. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They keep current and up to date with new workout classes. The prices are cheaper than all of the gyms in the surrounding area. Very clean with convenient hours
