I don't have go the gym to know If Guy is running the show you will get in shape, treated like family and walk out feeling like a million bucks. Your the man bro. Glad to see you doing what you love.

The only reason I go here is because it's never crowded. It's borderline unsanitary(I noticed a used cough drop on the floor the of ab room in December 2014 and the now fossilized cough drop is still there as of January 2016), the equipment is old and sometimes the people working there are nice but often they are younger adults with an attittude. I went today after work and the doors were locked at 1pm. They advertise that they close at 3pm. If you hate crowded gyms and could put up with all the aforementioned negatives, this is the gym for you!

Great gym, I walk over, do my cardio, weight lift, and leave. It's super easy. The owner and staff are great as are the members

You come here...and you train...no bull shit. Simple, hard core, family atmosphere. If you're looking to get in shape, you come here...if you're looking to hook up and relax in the sauna, this gym is not for you. If it wasn't for Guy by my side, I wouldn't have reached my potential as a competitive bodybuilder. He made me a champion!

Very tight quarters for the amount of equipment. Very basic gym, no classes, nowhere to stretch, not a lot of machines. Provides basic cardio and weight training equipment. Not very clean. The mirrors are pretty nasty as is the equipment. But if you are just looking to get in, work out, and get out for a low rate and no contracts...it is a good local spot. Basically, you get what you pay for, no frills, no housekeeper. And watch where you are walking or you may get banged up, kinda have to climb through the maze. Save stretching and floor work for home. People are friendly and its very affordable.
