THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO RENT FROM AND HORRIBLE SERVICE . THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR TENANTS, AND THEY ARE VERY CHEAP. THEY CHARGE THEIR RENT AND IN THE BUILDING THEY HAVE IN RICHMOND HILL QUEENS IS EITHER NO HEAT AND HOT WATER OR BED BUGS, ROACHES AND RATS. THE SUPER IS HORRIBLE ALSO. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. GO TO HPD ONLINE AND LOOK AT HOW MANY VIOLATIONS THEY HAVE. THEY OWN MANY BUILDING BUT SO CHEAP AND WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAINTAINING THE APARTMENTS . ESPECIALLY ON 8714 129TH STREET. HORRIBLE. I CANT EXPRESS HOW CRUEL THIS MANAGEMENT IS AND NOW THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR MANAGEMENT NAME AGAIN !
