I went here for chest pains or better stated chest tightness, I saw a NP and was told to quit smoking (I have been smoking maybe a pack a week at this point). I called again and demanded that I see a Dr. with out much examination was prescribed Xanax for "stress". This was not the issue. Also the Dr was an arrogant douche.

Amateurs. Doctors here have little experience. Most places like this have newbie doctors.

I came to this place because I had severe back pain. As I walked into the office, I limped to the front desk. I signed my name, and handed the lady my insurance card. Her responce was to "Have a seat and when I CALL YOU, YOU CAN SHOW ME YOUR CARD" (There was only one other patient in the room) (I am a 50 year old man while the lady herself is about 20) I nodded and took my seat. About 5 minutes later, the lady screams, "EXCUSE ME. EXCUSE ME. I SAID EXCUSE ME.I CANNOT READ YOUR SCRIBBLE AND CANNOT PRONOUNCE YOUR NAME." I limped back to the desk, and handed her my driving license, in hopes that maybe she would be able to read that. She looked at my license, and asked me where I lived. I am pretty sure that my driving license contains that information. When I said this, she told me not to be rude, because she was doing her job and that if I were rude, she would call the police. After that, she told me to get out, and then pointed at my son and told him to get "that thing" ("that thing" being me) out of here. I am wondering how this company hired such rude people to "take care" of the ill and pained. I am pretty sure those who hired these people are exactly the same vicious, impolite and rude creatures who practice the same thing.

Horrible! I agree with the past comment that notes this is a place where doctors who are unable to attain their own practice or get hired in any other establishment are employed. I am a nurse and took my husband there to get assessed. I was belittled by Dr. Schmalz, who arrogantly began to quiz me on my medical understanding and comprehension of illnesses making it seem as though there was no reason for the visit. Little does he know I am a DON and have more experience and knowledge then he can acquire in a lifetime. Any common person knows that illnesses depend on the individual and never present similarly or in a distinct way. For example, I know an individual who had a splitting headache and no other symptoms and actually was diagnosed with walking pneumonia. You would think a physician would comprehend that concept. I have dealt with unprofessional physicians before but this experience was simply unacceptable. He was pompous and treated me as his inferior. Not to mention he dismissed my husbands concerns noting his complaints and health condition were not "the end of the world." I was very tolerant as my husbands health is my number #1 priority. However, irritated at the receipt of such treatment, I did lose my patience and explained to him rather bluntly that doctors should realize that nurses are valuable and he needs to respect our profession as well as his patients and patients families. I strongly recommend finding a primary care doctor out there who actually has medically based intelligence and promotes the proper ethics. Why go to an establishment that promotes demeaning behavior and where doctors are uneducated? My recommendation is to go receive healthcare in an institution where you will also receive respect. You will get the best of both worlds....and your body will thank you for it!

I don't know much about their medical care but the little I do know I hear that the treatment is good. Their staff however is as rude as imaginable. 7/6/12- I dropped my Mom off for a routine doctor visit for a minor issue at 7:20 on a Saturday. I told the staff to call me when she was ready to be picked up. Twenty minutes later they called me three times in four minutes and left a message telling me they were calling the police if I didn't answer my phone the next time. "Answer your phone the nurse screamed into my voicemail" . I arrived back at the office at 7:55 and picked my mom up less than 45 min from when I dropped her off. I went home only to find out that the police were dispatched to my house having been told I stranded my mom at the office. I assume that the nurse's Saturday night cocktail at 8:01 pm was so urgent that it was a police matter. I would suggest the Doctors invest in a nurse and or staff that has a little common sense and professionalism. Rude, unprofessional and childish for the conduct of a nurse.
