Worst bus company ever! Has not picked up my son and other students for the last 4 school days and just makes excuses. If you are a school system or a municipality, DO NOT hire this bus company.

Absolutely terrible. My bus driver (name is Washington) is rude. He called me a bitch and yells at me. He made me cry today actually. I do not see how he is still employed. I used to be late two years ago a lot of mornings, and they are only supposed to wait three minutes in the morning which i completely understand. So, I tell him I understand and that he should then just leave after three minutes like he is supposed to. Instead, though he waits outside over 3 minutes and reports me to my school office. All he has to do is leave and I will either not go that day or find another ride. Today i was late for the first time in two years. He did not let me off the bus at the end of the day until i answer him after he lectures me and tells me how he reported me. If anything HE should be reported for calling me a bitch, being rude, and after school when he brings us home we are the last to leave almost 15 minutes after dismissal because he likes to talk to other bus drivers, or just sit there talking to the aid, intstead of taking us home. He also wanted to teach me a lesson today by passing my town and dropping farther away student off first and me very last. Lastly, he likes to skip picking people up once in a while. Truly terrible bus driver and company. OH and this is a therapeutic school we belong to.

THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS BUS COMPANY ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I HAD TO SELECT IT IN ORDER TO POST WHAT A HORRIBLE BUS COMPANY FIRST STUDENT IN ROCHELLE PARK IS...THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL...I WILL BE WRITING THE HIGHER UPS ONCE IM DONE POSTING THIS...THEY TALK TO YOU AS IF YOU'RE THE CHILD AND THEN HANG UP ON YOU...THIS BUS COMPANY LEFT MY AUTISTIC CHILD AT AN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM ALONE AND THEN DROVE OFF....IF GOD DID NOT HAVE HIS HAND ON MY CHILD, I COULD ONLY IMAGINE WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED....I WILL BE WRITING THE STATE, THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, AS WELL AS THE COUNTY ON THEIR SERVICES...

Drivers for this company are HORRIBLE! They're always late, making my child late for school. The response I get seemed like it would've been handled; but on cold winter days my child shouldn't have to wait an additional 15 minutes OUTSIDE!
