The employees are nice, but the actual service and management are terrible. I brought in a brand new tuxedo shirt to be dry cleaned and pressed (I never wear anything right off the hangar or out of package). They have the shirt for 3 days and when it is returned it was wrinkled as if it had just come out of the package. I inspected the garment and asked to speak to the manager. The woman behind the counter (very sweet lady) called the manager for me and handed me the phone. The first words said were "What do you want?". Maybe she was in a rush, who knows. Anyway she agrees to send it out to be pressed free of charge. Well I went back to pick the garment up today. It still was not pressed, but they had managed to stain my brand new $50 Pronto Uomo tux shirt. Someone had smashed a bug on the back between the shoulder blades. Once again another employee was very sympathetic, but as I am flying out in 2 days, I did not have time to have them neglect my shirt for the third time. I will definitely not be returning to this place.
