They were absolutely wonderful with my 4 year old everyone took time to make her comfortable. They were courteous and professional, and best of all thorough and quick. We were in and out in less then an hour that was with x-rays and all. Thank you for taking such good care of my little one!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I took my daughter here for pink eye and they gave me enough for one eye when obviously 99% of the time both eyes get it. When I called them to ask them for more they referred me to my regular pediatrician. The next week I had a viral throat infection and they prescribed me penicillin. No antiinflammatory, nothing for pain. A few days later still in so much pain I went to the urgent care on crossbay and now I also had developed two ear infections. The urgent care prescribed me four medications in total including something for the inflammation and they were baffled as to why the first doctor I saw didn't medicate me properly. This place is horrible, will never go back!

Everyone was very friendly from receptionist, to nurse, to doctor. I was seen in about 10 minutes. Everything is clean and new. And NY1 is playing in the waiting area. Well done, First Med!
