I do not recommend going here or even calling if you want to be treated as a human being. Just today I called for help with an issue, and the woman who answered was rude and had a very nasty phone manner, whilst I was polite throughout the entire phone call. When I thanked her for her help, she actually hung up on me without so much as a word. Unnecessary, disrespectful, and shameful. I only gave one star because I HAD to. Believe me--if I had been allowed to leave the score empty, I would have.
