First Class Nails Spa LLC

I always thought of a manicure and pedicure as a relaxing experience but for some reason no matter where I go I have to deal with rude workers speaking their language while servicing their clients. First Class Nails was no different. Upon first coming into this place I was acknowledged I will give them that but immediately they started speaking Spanish okay that's fine but as I waited I went to pick up a magazine and to my surprise all of them were in Spanish. Here's the thing their clientele based on what I could see was predominantly Black Americans not Spanish so why would you not cater to both instead of just one demographic? It troubles me and forces me to believe that they really did not want my business.
As I preceded to get my manicure and pedicure I must say it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences that I had to deal with to date. The entire time the female worker did my nails and feet she talked and laughed with her co worker in Spanish barely concentrating on the work she was doing. This made my experience tense as they could have very well been talking about me but also because as a paying customer I would like to be handled with care and respect. I could not wait to get out of here and I will never go back to this place and didn't wait for my nails to fully dry. I wish that this salon and others learn how to respect those that are paying them their hard earned money for good service not mediocre at best.

This place is for the birds! After being a customer for nearly two years, the service has taken a serious nose dive in recent months. I came in on a Monday to get my eyebrows done and while the normal girl wasn't there I went anyway, seeing how I had never really had a problem when someone else stepped in for her before. Well, this girl JACKED UP my eyebrows! I mean JACKED! One eyebrow is curved, the other arched, and neither eyebrow matching the other in thickness or liekness. Then when I asked her to fix it, not only did she say she couldn't but she was very rude about it. Needless to say I WAS NOT paying for that.

Another manicurist came in and asked that I come back the next day, when the regular girl came in. I was pissed about having to walk around with jacked up eyebrows but I didn't really have a choice in the matter.

Fast forward to the next day I show up and the usual girl is there, she asked me how I was doing and I told her about yesterday's incident. She attempts to fix my eyebrow but she really couldn't do but so much (YES, THEY WERE MESSED UP THAT BADLY!). At this point I just wanted to get out of there so we go to pay and I hand her a ten dollar bill but she complains about its appearance (it was crinkled and had a slight tear). She said no one was going to want the money bc it looked 'so bad'. I tried to explain to her that this is what I had to pay with, other than the three crisp dollar bills I had in my wallet. She opted to take the three dollars.

At that point I was too through.

I will NEVER give my patronage to this place again. They have zero concept of customer loyalty or satisfaction. Save yourself the aggravation. PLEASE! There is a place on Academy street not five minutes away that will give you MUCH better service for better prices.

End Note: My ten dollar bill couldn't have been too badly banged up bc when I went to get breakfast down the street and gave it to them as payment, they happily accepted it!
