Organizing a trip home from hospitalization(North Shore Hospital) at noon and was told 4PM pick up. I found another company who could come in 30minutes and called 1st choice back to cancel the 4PM (thought i was being polite) and the dispatcher told me to "*uck off" and hung up on me. I called back to complain and i was transfered back to the same person who told me to "*uck off again" and proceeded to yell about how he was trying to send a driver sooner and that i was wasting his time and money.
