The manager Mike told me that I was only installing tires and not buying tires so if someone came in after me and bought tires that person would be ahead of me because I am not considered a customer. I always thought that if I paid for something in this case installation of tires that made me a customer. Ridiculous, this manager should be reprimanded and issue an apology.

They are not good poor customer service and workmanship. I took a tire and asked to put a patch in it and they put a plug and told me it could not be fixed. When I ask why they put a plug when I asked for a patch they said they did put a patch. They lied. I took the tire to wa real tire dealer and it had to patch the hole they put in it and the hole from the screw that was in the tire. When I wrote to the manager he never replied to my letter. I have written to Firestone.
