Terrible customer service. Called to ask about approximate time for inspection and was told to come in because they were very slow, got there in 30 min and was told I had to leave it because it would be a couple hours before they could get to it -- I told them 30 minutes prior that wasn't an option. Guy at counter said to schedule an appointment for tomorrow and I said I would call them later. When I called later to schedule an appointment for the following day I was then told I couldn't make an appointment for inspections. Complete waste of time.

Vehicle Inspection in 1 hour, after walk-in without appointment. Were very courteous and provided very helpful recommendations. Would recommend for others to visit.
