The reviews above are obviously fake based on the way each one starts out the same. "I was looking for...."
I actually did purchase something from them but never received it. After numerous emails and no reply I had to dispute it with pay pal. It's a good thing to use pay pal when you do not want to loose your money. Do not buy from this guy.

I was looking for a nice indoor gas fireplace at a good price when I found this site. It had by far the best prices and I compared a lot of sites. Also I had to call for a few questions I had about installation and the customer service was super friendly and knowledgable. This place is the best.

I was looking to buy an andiron and fireplace screen on the internet about a month ago and came across this site. I decided to order from here because they had the cheapest price and I noticed they ship for free. I had a question about the item before I went ahead and purchased it so I emailed their customer service address and got an answer very quickly. They were so helpful on the phone too
