Great park, I only live a block away for almost 7 years now and have only experienced bad days at the pool 2 times. On separate occasions, small children have deficated in the pool causing everyone to be evacuated for 2 hours

Great place and everything but two big issues:
1- It claims to be a smoke free zone and it is not! ( Every time I go there I see people smoking )
2- It should prohibit people from bring in food or drinks but it looks like there are exceptions! as I saw people sneak in with food items :/
I believe it is the management job/duty to ensure and enforce the quality standards ( No food, drinks, or smoking inside the park ) rather than employing personal that are busy on their cell phones during work hours. I will more than happy to change my review once I see a change.

An excellent park with an incredible view! Very clean, does not generate large 'questionable' crowds, geared toward the local residents and strategically located above breath taking views of lower Manhattan.
