I came home from work and found my front door lock destroyed. I used this locksmith because they are a few doors away from where I live. I showed him the picture I took of the damage and he was able to sell me a new lock that would work with my door. I'm very happy with the service.

Rip off. Got quoted 60 bucks on the phone and then the guy comes and its 175. When I objected he then says how much do you want to pay. And then had the nerve to charge me 50 to kick a door in. And then wanted to overcharge me tax. Tried charging 10 percent when NYC is 8.875. Don't use this guy.

this is a fake business 8022 3rd ave is a computer store not a locksmith and never been a lock smith before
