Nasty rude customer service

awful place horrible smell,dirty,expired food on the shells horrible and rude employees.this place sucks!!!

I purchased a fluorescent light bulb for my fish tank and within a month's time the bulb was no good. after calling the store and explaining my situation I was told that I needed to take it up with the manufacturer because there is nothing they can do. I even pointed out the fact that I have spent hundreds of dollars with them and all I got in return was and obnoxious excuse. this is why we should never choose generic over name brand because I know for a fact if I had went to Petco's they would have done something to assist Me. All I can say is never again will I spend my money there again.

My sister and mom took their precious little dogs to the fins for a grooming. Besides the fact that they kept the dog for over 5 hours. When we went to pick up our babies, there were what appeared to be burn marks by their eyes and nose. Both dogs had a lot of red and irritation around the face. My moms dog even jumped when we went to caress himZ who know what they did to our dogs. They tried to cover up by returning the dogs at the end of the night with most of the lights off. It's very upsetting. When we spoke to the owner the male. He said we didn't do that your dogs came in line that! I assure you our dogs did not go in that way. This guy is insane. Don't go there who knows what they do to your pets.

Don't buy anything from here!!! They sell a shit load of EXPIRED food! They gave me trouble exchanging an open expired bag of food. The only reason why they exchanged it was because I used my debit card during purchase and I threatened to have the transaction charged back. Their receipts fade away after a day as well!

The next time I visited, I informed the workers of expired canned food and he put it right back on the shelf. There were many cans that were expired dating back to March-May and it was July!!!!!
I am never buying here again and I strongly advise against anyone else from doing so.
I'll be filing a complaint with the health department.
