THEY BY FAR SUCK! Just call them SLUMLORDS.
Stay far far away as the property manager who i was just informed is part owner does not respond and ignores building issues for example the elevator. I rented to this building with a different management company and the elevator would break down but always got repaired within days. this company doesn't care as the elevator is breaking down HOURLY!!!!!! and on top of that they have the audacity to give rental increases to the residents in the building with a broken elevator!!!. I did not rent a non elevator building as it is extremely hard to do laundry and shop so specifically wanted an elevator building. You would think that the management company will do better for the good residents that resides in the building and pay their rent on time. Not them they only care about their pockets and nothing else. Hate where I live!!!!!

Lived in one of their buildings. Management and the super had sloppy work done and alot of slick talking. They never address the real issue just do patch work.

landlord sucks, don't rent from them. get to know the super first and how well he did a job on fixing that apartment. if he did bad, more problems will erupt, and the landlord is not great at communicating with the super. my mom had a great super, but she told me the landlord sucked. so the problem really is the landlord way of hiring supers.
