They have really good nails artist but i was disappointed when today i was charged almost 70.00 dollars for a really bad nails and the owner allows that? He needs to check what the employees charge to his costumer was not fair but i learn what a shame one bad employee make the others look really bad

Everything was mediocre when I came in but that wasn't bad. I got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was great but when I went to get my mani by the same nail tech, she started a phone coversation while she was doing my nails. Fine. A few days after the manicure, my nails were chipped. The thing that is making me write this review tho is that my cuticles are shredded. The skin has been peeling for over a week now and it's painful. I can't help but wonder if she weren't on the phone would she have been paying closer attention. I feel like all of my fingers need band aids. I will not be going back there or suggesting it to a friend

I have been going to this salon for about 6 months. Initially really liked it because they have a lot of color options for GEL the also have a lot of fun crystals and designs. However for their location , the appearance of the nail salon they are extremely over priced. They charge extra for the shape of your nails. They charge extra for matt top coat when its literally just a top coat they have to apply. I have been on the fence about going back for a while. Then I went to get my nails done today I had an appointment and ended up waiting an hour until I left. Without my nails done. The receptionist in the front is nice but they just don't have customer service of their prices. If I'm paying from 40 - 50 dollars for my nails I expect a little bit more.

As a walk in I asked how long it would be for a manicure and pedicure. The receptionist then went to ask one of the technicians if she was available. I then waited with no follow up from the receptionist. After about 15 minutes of waiting I then asked the receptionist how long it would be for me to get my nails done. At that time the receptionist explained to me that the technician she had previously asked was finishing up and had to finish one nail that was messed up on the client. I sat back down and waited about another 15 minutes. After that the receptionist then called me over to tell me that the nail technician had taken another client and no other technician would be available because they had clients coming in. Now as a first time customer to this establishment I would not have minded waiting as I was a walk in. But not wait for a half and hour and then tell me that I could not be taken because they were all too busy. I found this establishment to be very unprofessional and very underwhelming. I finally walked down the street to another nail salon where I was able to get my nails done almost immediately.

I like the fact they really do a great job on your nails... I have my friends and family go there for that reason alone!!! There customer services need alot of work Jason the manager have a cocky demeanor never smile... Lou I do not like him at all he have the nerve to cancel my appointment for no reason whatsoever!!! The rest of technician are fine so far... But Jason and Lou need a couple classes in customer services...
