Fine Jewelry

I give this place zero stars. The girl who served us was a liar, first saying that the rings we wanted could be ready by Monday, which was a holiday (this was in September -- that Monday was Labor Day). There was an on-line coupon for all items in the store (not specialty orders), but she said that that didn't apply to the order we were making, and furthermore, they had changed their name, and were no longer Jillian. That they should have changed the website, because the coupon shouldn't be there. (The sign over the shop read Jillian, too.) A big sign on the wall said "30% off on all jewelry purchases". We pointed to it and said we should get that discount. But she argued that "No", that it only applied to items in the store, not ordered. When we pointed out the wording, which was absolute: ALL Jewelry Purchases, she adamantly maintained that the discount couldn't apply, and only her boss could change that. I asked for his cell phone no., but "he was on vacation", wouldn't be back for two weeks, and only then could we ask him. When questioned whether in fact the rings could be ready on that Monday, she made a big show of calling again (I think her finger was on the phone's button, actually), and told us that no, it would take two weeks. In short, they lied and I believe tried to cheat us.
