Awesomeness food

I just placed a lunch order ON 07/08/2010 for a Steak Quesadilla that was absolutely disgusting when I got it.
Half the meat was raw and even some blood was on the potato chips bed.
I called the deli to get a different replacement lunch and sent the RAW meat Quesadilla back to the Deli.
I called them to thank them for the replacement lunch, and asked what they thought of the lunch I sent back.
Apparently, they think it was ok because some people like their meat raw like that and I had not specified I wanted the meat well done.
In other words, they were apologetic, but basically said it’s my fault!
I believe the cook was negligent in preparing the food and management has an atrocious cooking quality approval.
Without doubt, customer service is horrible at this deli.

The food here is excellent. Our firm orders from here often (sometimes several times in a day). The menu includes a variety of specials that an ordinary sub shop would not have. Our favorite is the chicken salad sandwich with arugula, walnuts, and grapes. A close second is the turkey with caramelized onions. A wonderful assortment! Definitely a treat!
