They will tell you anything to make a sale. I wanted a dress with cap sleeves or a shrug. I saw a sample of a lovely dress but it was strapless. I told the sales person that I wanted sleeves or a shrug. I was told that they could definitely make me a shrug from extra material on the hem.Since it was a sample I had to pay for the dress in full with no returns before they would start alterations. After it was paid for the seamstress(who was honest) told me that there wasn't enough fabric to make sleeves or a shrug. The sales person then denied she told me that they could make it and they initially wanted to charge me an extra $300 for an existing shrug that would match the dress. When I asked to see a manager or owner I was told that she was in Florida and could not be reached. A very unpleasant experience.

Nasty old ladies galore with awful service. They tried making my mom wear an off color dress b/c the one she ordered was allegedly not available and then wouldn't give her the deposit back until I threatened to sue them. A vile bunch of old crones.
