I had an enjoyable time when I went there, I went with a few Swedish friends and was told that the food and coffee were very passable. Will say that this place makes me want to visit Sweden.

How do I love fika? Let me count the ways. First of all, I love their chocolates.
The head Chocolate maker is a friend of mine and he's one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to know. You have to taste their award winning puffed quinoa hazelnut chocolate bon bon. It's so good.
I also love to go for the savory food. Their gravlax plate is to die for. The breads are wonderous and wonderful. They make fantastic gluten free pastries as well. Their regular pastries are really good too -- the cardamon bun! What I love about the concept is that they have top people at the head of their chocolate making, bread baking, pastry making, and food preparation departments, so all their shops have great food.
They are also serious about their coffee and beverages. There are a number of cafes in the city. You can watch them make the chocolates at this location.

THE FEMALE BARISTA AT THIS WASHINGTON STREET LOCATION ON NOV 5, 2015 WAS VERY RUDE, FAT UGLY FACE ALSO. WHY HIRE SUCH A FAT UGLY GIRL, EVEN IF SHES FROM NORWAY. SHE HAS THE NERVE TO WEAR SLEEVELESS BLOUSE TO SHOW OFF HER FAT ARMS. SHE HAD ATTITUDE THAT WAS SATAN LIKE.

Probably the best chocolate croissant I've ever had. Great spot away from Greenwich street, which tends to be busy during the weekdays.

One of the best coffee shops in the area. Nice, spacious, clean, great service, and the coffee is delicious.
Could not ask for more.
