If I could give Fiina Nail Lounge a negative star I would. Sandy is highly unprofessional and uneducated. She confirmed an appointment over instagram with me (a new client) at midnight the night before the appointment (I have the DM's to prove all of this) did not mention a deposit. When I went in to the salon she was not there so I was told to wait, after 20 minutes she has the nerve to call one of the nail tech's and tell her that I never made a deposit to hold an appointment. As a new client I was not aware of the deposit policies and even if I was the appointment was scheduled at almost 1:00 am for next day I think she should have been a little more flexible with the deposit policy. I feel she didn't feel like waking up early to be responsible and keep her appointment with me. I messaged her to tell her this was very unprofessional and she continued by telling me if I know how to read? the policy is on her instagram page (one of the many posts I did not look at), no way to speak to a potential client!! hence the uneducated comment. It is very unprofessional to confirm an appointment not show up to it and disrespect the client in the process. You would highly benefit from customer service training. Good luck!
