Great place! Excellent instructors and very welcoming to all levels. Great motivating enviroment. Its an unbelievable value even if you were only coming 1x per week.

Super high level classes that are great for both beginners or advanced. The Garwood BJJ classes are incredible... old school 5th degree world champion Jucao will teach and roll with everyone in the class.

Kickboxing classes are fun and exciting. The instructors love to answer student questions, and I’ve never seen a question go unanswered.

The instruction has as much detail as your level can handle, and I like the breakdown between competition training and real-life scenarios. Overall Fight and Fitness in Garwood is a top school and you will see results!

I came to Fight and Fitness MMA on the student summer special. You can tell immediately this is an academy about learning and not a gym out for just money. The rates are reasonable and I learned some great techniques right away that made me more comfortable in my ability to protect myself. I mixed together Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The classes are tough, but fun. The instructors and other students are all very friendly and helpful. It’s also a nice family atmosphere and the kids love it. If you are near Garwood, go check it out!

These classes are fun! My daughter and I both train at Fight and Fitness MMA in Garwood, NJ. as do several other families. The mats are cleaned everyday and the training is great. The instructors are knowledgeable and the other students are all friendly and helpful. I get to roll with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 5th Degree blackbelt world champion Jucao Brites. It is nice being part of team Roufusport Muay Thai Kickboxing MMA and Equipe Jucao BJJ, and knowing our instruction is coming from the best in the world. Overall, we have had an awesome experience and recommend it to anyone.
