This is the best place to come for your first speakeasy experience. This was my first time coming to one of these and loved it. The bartender, Jason, is amazing. The drinks he makes are top notch. The signature cocktails are lovely. I learned a lot of about cocktails and new liquors from Jason. It was an education overall. The art gallery entrance is also very cool. The door entering looks like a closet. The bar is a great place for a date or for having a private conversation. The wine selection is unique. I love wines the from Croatia and Slovakia. The orange wine was tasty and different. Excellent overall.

I have been here countless times and always enjoy myself. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I encountered a horrible bouncer that was mean to myself and other girls I was with. We were a party of 7 (both men and women) and the bouncer was the most disrespectful and degrading man I have ever encountered. He said such horrible things about women as a whole and spoke to me using language I would never repeat. I am so disgusted by him and will never return to this establishment. I have celebrated mutliple birthdays here and have been a loyal patron for many years. I am sad that this happened, and it is unfortunate that Fig 19 is losing many customers over this incident.

One of my favorite low key spots in NYC. The place is located in the back room of an art gallery. Walk in through some gray doors. Enjoy the décor, and music. The drinks are also amazing. Very New York!
