I recently had extensive periodontal surgery done by Dr. Melnick. My gums were in horrible condition, needed all four quads restored by laser therapy and several teeth removed due to years of neglect. Dr. Melnick was very professional and caring in explaining the entire procedure that would take approx. 5 weeks.He put me at ease made me feel very confident I was in good hands.Dr. Melnick was not recommended by another dentist, just picked his name out on the internet,. I felt I won the lottery after the work was completed, the outcome is that my gums are extremely healthy and had very little pain during the entire treatments.Will follow up with the necessary cleaning and eventual implants in the near future. His office staff, Dee his assistance is marvelous and very professional and Kim the office manager is great. Very modern office and very clean environment.

Dr. Melnick is an exceptionally gifted periodontist. Dr. Melnick performed a soft tissue gingival graft procedure on me last week. Dr. Melnick had assured me I would feel no pain and that the procedure healing process would be easy. During the procedure I felt NO PAIN or any discomfort and it was quick. Later, after the local anesthesia wore off I still felt no pain. That night and the days after I experienced absolutely ZERO pain, ZERO swelling and NO bleeding. Amazing! I needed no pain medication and healed very fast. I highly recommend Dr. Melnick and his staff for any periodontal work.
