Fiesta Prom

The people in this store were rude and extremely unhelpful. The owner and a salesgirl actually cursed at me. They have no integrity and will not honor their word. Stay far away from this place, they have no concept of customer service.

Everytime I visit Fiesta I always go to the same sales lady, Jackie. She's always so kind and patient with me. I tell her what I need, for when, and a price range and she's on it! Even if I can't purchase that day, I tell her I'm coming back and she knows I will. She knows what will fit me best and gives great suggestions, and I always show her the pictures. It makes her happy. Whenever I need a gown I always come here first because of the gorgeous gowns and great service. And if a gown is way over my range they have a layaway option too. I only wish the dressing room would be bigger...

This is the only store that treated me with respect. Loved the services and a HUGE selection of dresses.. This is the must see place.

I went to Fiesta looking for a formal dress for an event. I am a 30-year-old professional woman, dressed in professional attire and accompanied by a female friend. (I'm only mentioning it because I was not part of a group of teens looking for prom dresses who I can understand might be reasonably challenging for sales staff.) After browsing, I picked several dresses to try on. The saleswoman was helpful in assisting me with trying on the dresses, but as soon as I indicated (after clearly stating I need to buy and would be buying a dress ASAP) that I would be looking at other stores as well, I was told that I could not try on any more dresses, that "three was enough for me if I was not buying anything." I was literally in shock! We asked to see a manager who told us that the "dresses were too expensive to let me try on" and "it was a waste of time to help me if I wasn't going to buy right then." I have NEVER in my life had such an insulting, horrible experience in a store ever. I'm not sure who wrote this other review, but New York is a big city and there are plenty of places with a good selection. DO NOT give these rude, classless people your business.
