I have been going to Fidi cleaners for years they know me by name and the staff is friendly and prompt, I recommend them to all my friends, best place to go and get your clothes cleaned or shoes repaired.
also the do same day service at no extra charge.

Every alteration has been a disaster from dress pants to a coat - need multiple attempts every single time (I only came back because they are so close to work). One time I gave them a shirt with the missing button to put back on - they lost the button immediately right in front of me (after I nicely asked them to be careful not to loose it) and then did not even attempt to look for the button they just lost and pretended I was not there when I was the only one in the shop. Rude, horrible service, inconsistent. Do not give them your money or you will regret it.
