i was in a store about 4 months ago and someone asked the owner who they use for their credit card processing and he said "i use fidelity and i would never switch for any money in the world". he then related a story; "about 2 years ago my terminal went down after hours, smack in the middle of the holiday shopping season. i called their 24/7 help line and within 1 hour a tech guy was here with a replacement terminal, he set it up and i was up and running again".
hearing this prompted me to reevaluate my status with my current proccessor which had given me numerous problems over the years. a quick call to fidelity answered all my questions and i discovered that while i thought i was paying 2.15%, i was in reality paying more than 3.25% after all the hidden fees. within 24 hours i was set up and processing and i couldnt be happier. keep it up!
