I waited ten minutes to deposit a check. Not once was I greeted and/or asked if I needed assistance. It appears they only cater to white street men. I am movingmy money to their competitors

The advise is fair to good, but their hours are ridulous. For an office that is in the New York Financial District, with many customers who work full days, to open at 8:30am and close at 5:00pm is inconvenient and a poor business practice. All the other brokerage houses and banks in the Financial District open at 8:00am and close at 6:00pm. You can get equally good investment advice at other institutions with much more convenient hours. I have been with Fidelity for many years and am in the process of moving my account, my son's accounts and my retirement accounts somewhere else due to Fidelity's lousy hours.

Fidelity's employees genuinely care about helping you. Whether I go into the branches or talk to them on the phone they are always willing to spend time to help.
