THIS COMPANY IS A FAKE PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY, FIRST OF THESE DUMBASSES HAVVE A COMMERCIAL WITH THE BLONDE LADY AND THE OLD LADY WHO THEY CLAIM ARE ACTUAL COSTUMERS, BUT THESES IDIOTS FORGOT THAT, BECAUSE THE BLONDE LADY I THE WIFE OF THE OWNER WHO IS AT THE STORE SOMETIMES LMAO AND THE OLD LADY IS THE MOTHER OF THE TO BROTHERS THAT OWN THIS PLACE.....ITS ALL A RIPOFF, I USED TO GO TO TO SCHOOL WITH THE SON I SEEN THE MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER ALMOST EVERYDAY....PIECE OF CRAP LYING COMPANY

Poor customer service. I wish i can put NEGATIVE star.
Cannot say anything about the job as they refused to come and do estimate without any fees, but i contacted them for estimate and they not only requested $100 for the estimate but also were very rude, especially salesman named Dan. This man has attitude issues as well as the representative on call who almost asked about my social security without representing herself and the person named Sal. Looks like family owned business an all of them feel miserable seeing each other daily.
The work i propose was over 10K, so if they treat customer this way, it is hard to imagine how they be doing nice the work.

The winter came and I felt how drafty my bedroom windows really are. I had FIBERAMA come and install new ones a few weeks ago and they really changed the temperature in my house over night . I am going to have them come and change a few more rooms in my house soon .
