I brought my 2013 Abarth in for some warranty issues after another dealer failed to address the problem. I really can't say enough great things about Anthony and Greg in service. Addressing and fixing the issues with my car turned out to be no small task, but Anthony and Greg not only kept me updated the whole time, but were very proactive in contacting and and working with Fiat to make sure my car got fixed right. I'm really happy with their service, this is a small shop so they can be very attentive and hands on, In addition, JMK Fiat used to be a Saab dealer, so unlike so many other Fiat dealers, they understand that these cars and be quirky and different. I was also given a loaner anytime they were going to keep my car overnight, this made it really easy for me to bring my car to them and not loose a day of work. I'm just under an hour away, there are closer dealers to me, but it's well worth the time for me to go to JMK.

After having a terrible experience at another dealership not too far from this one I went into this dealership experience very skeptically. I decided this time I would do all of my research and communication about the car online before going in so that the sales people could not pre judge me for being a young female like they had at the previous dealership. It turned out that the sales team at JMK Fiat is actually amazing and I probably would not have had any trouble with them anyway. The sales person I was dealing with, Michael, was so genuine and helpful. He walked me through every step of the process and was surprisingly honest and up front about everything which is an important and refreshing quality in a car salesman. We were able to do all of the financing and price negotiating over the phone the day before I even went to the dealership. When I went in almost everything was already done we just had to change the insurance over, sign all the paperwork, and of course test drive. I was only there for maybe an hour tops, not painful at all, and they even had great coffee! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. What a refreshing dealership experience.

JMK has been servicing my beloved Saabs for a number of years and I've been constantly impressed by the way that they approach it. Anthony and Greg have always been very honest with me in terms of telling me those things that are critical, and those things that can wait. A couple of years ago my Saab 9-3 had a few months of the check engine light going on and off and it was driving me crazy and I could tell that it was driving Anthony crazy as well. He and the mechanics tried everything they could to get to the bottom of this mystery -one that was not explained or documented in any of the service manuals. Finally Greg took the car in and over a period of 2-3 days they swapped out various components with another car, each time measuring the electronics. After 13 hours of swapping, experimenting and surmising, he and the team found that there was a quirky electrical glitch in one sensor. 13 hours. He called me up, explained what they did, how they found it and then told me that they were only going to charge me for a couple of hours labor because they viewed it as a learning experience. Not too many places would go to that length to find such a problem. He and the whole JMK team did.

So my love for Saabs has kept me going there and just a couple of weeks ago I took my baby in for her 108k service and Anthony and the team looked over every inch of the car and gave me a complete review so that I could decide about whether I should keep it or say goodbye. I got very honest feedback - which is very important to me - and after thinking it through I decided to . keep my Saab going.

And then a funny thing happened...I noticed this Fiat 500L in the showroom. JMK had stopped selling Saabs a few years ago when Saab went south and started selling Fiats. I always looked at these Fiats a little funny as I went for service on the Saab. Cartoon cars. Cute as hell but WHAT ARE THESE THINGS??? So two weeks ago this white 500L appeared with a great price. I stared at it. Sat in it. Took it for a test drive. Then another. I asked a lot of questions and Matt in Sales helped me understand every aspect of the Fiat (he was AWESOME)...and I looked more and thought more and realized...came back, test drove it again...brought my wife in...and then realized that it was different and pretty cool looking and had just an unreal amount of space inside (despite the fact that it seemed so small outside), and then I pulled the trigger and bought it. Matt got the paperwork done. We did a lot of it over the phone. And then I worked with Daniel In finance and to be honest it was a great pleasure to go through the whole process. Every aspect of it.

And I love it. It is so much fun to drive and FIAT in America is like the best kept secret in the automotive industry. Fiats are exceedingly cool and different and they're everything that Saab owners should and can love in the absence of our beloved departed company.

So here is the deal. I'm a JMK guy. I trust them implicitly with my cars. They care about their customers. They don't push you. They're in it for the long haul with their clients and that's about the best thing that you can expect from anyone in any service business. Honesty. Trust. And most of all, these people are adults who treat their customers like adults. No games in this place.

And I like that. A lot.

Currently: 12/3/14 I bought my 4th JMK car... It's wonderful to have a cadre of true professionals with 'The Right Stuff' to make you a repeat client with their dependable results in Sales, car servicing, w/ mechanics you trust! Michael Ledwitz is a stellar addition to the JMK team members I've known for 20+ years: genuinely sincere, engaging, great at helping define what you want, excellent in execution of the processes/paperwork/client follow-ups, etc., and great fun to talk with.
Backstory: My family bought 3 Saabs in 1993, and Anthony has been a constant in my life since, later joined by Greg and all of the terrific professional service team members when JMK arrived in Springfield. Awesome and friendly mechanics, laser-focus on the customer experience by all, everyone knowledgeable and dependable. I've never had to look at another dealership since.

The friendliest, easier car buying experience ever

We had seen a Fiat 500L at the New York Auto Show, and was very impressed by its interior space and styling. We were in the market to replace our 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, and had initially rejected the Fiat, thinking it would be too small. We were blown away when we sat in the vehicle at the Auto Show. At any rate, the closest, most convenient dealer we found was JMK Fiat in Springfield. We drove up to the dealership, fully expecting to test drive the vehicle and be on our way, as we had two other vehicles in mind. We entered the dealership expecting someone to jump on us quickly, and we were happy when that did not happen. We were able to look at and sit at the various models on display and really get a feel for the car. We met Matt and told him we wanted to test drive the car, and he took my license and off we went. It was love at first drive. When we returned from the drive, Matt was great about explaining the car and its features and totally did not pressure us at all. We departed with a handshake and a promise to be in touch. Upon reflection, we decided the Fiat was what we wanted and contacted Matt. We wanted a car with a power sunroof, and he had said they were difficult to find. But find one he did, and it was in our possession a week later. The whole trade in and car purchase was smooth as silk -- both Matt and Daniel were great and explained everything fully. We are now proud owners of a beautiful Fiat 500L and couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and our experience with JMK Fiat. We would highly recommend the dealership to any and all.
