I have been a customer since you guys opened. I have seen the prices rice and the service go down.

On Sunday 19,2015 I experienced a horrible altercation with one of your groomers, I am still waiting to hear back from you guys. Hard to believe that as an owner you would not follow up this sort of thing. This guy has to be put on probation at the very least, If he treats humans the way he treated us, how is he treating the dogs?

You have lost a customer and the referrals that come with it.

Great staff and service offerings, and a good selection of premium products (Stella and Chewy's, Love thy Beast, etc.)

Dropped my puppy off for day care and when I picked him up later he slept like a baby for hours. Now every time we walk by, he tries to drag me back in to play. The people there are very nice as well. I'll definitely use them again!

I have brought our dog here for over six months and he loves it! The staff are helpful and look after him and have never seen any mis-handling or problems occurring and I am in the place most days. Our dog was without a place to go during the Sandy flooding and FC took extra care of him, coming to the house in the dark and walking him even though no power and many stairs. I've found the PetCheck Technology they use for tracking the walkers and the updates when the walks are complete to be very reassuring and our dog loves all the attention. Visit FC and take it in for yourself - if it was as bad as the reviewer above, I don't think they'd have such a robust and happy bunch of clients!
