They were rude and they told me to leave because I said my baby girl was to old to get grown nails at the age of 15 sooooooooooooooo damn rude

Terrible customer service. We signed in and we were told there would be a hour wait which was fine. we browsed some shops and returned before the hour was up. They didn't follow the sign in sheet so when we voiced our opinion they moved us to a different area so we couldn't see that they weren't going in order. The techs pick and choose who they want to work on and acting like they are to good to do manicures. Very unprofessional. The owner had no clue about what was going on. Wouldn't recommend to my enemy

If I can do less than a star I would rate it such. I went for a mani/pedi with my six year old daughter on a busy Saturday. My daughter is a very vibrant well behaved young lady waiting for her ritual massage and foot spa - when the owner of this place grabbed her and put her to a corner to accommodate another customer! I never asked for a price and expected to pay full price for my little one. Relaxing???? Just another 3rd world factory like experience.... too bad, had high hopes!
