Worst experience ever. Please listen to the bad reviews. This company is refusing to refund my $14k they took from me. I have been waiting over a month for my 3 orders and constantly getting different excuses. I went down today because I was told my order was in but there was nothing there. I called the cops filed a complaint with consumer affairs. The customer service sucks their employees are rude and the owner will not take responsibility for anything. Consumer affairs showed up while we are there filing a police report. This business is a fraud. All they do is take your money and screw with you. They can't even pay their employees on time! Phone calls, emails are never answered they hang up on you when you call it's ridiculous. Consumer affairs has multiple investigations on this place and the officers in the town know exactly what your calling for when you ask for assistance. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. this place is not even worth 1 star rating.

Very disappointment with these people, I placed the order with them on June 4th, they said it will be delivered on 10 days to 2 weeks. No one has ever called since then to provide an update on the status of the delivery. I called them a few a days ago, someone took my invoice #, put me on hold for a few minutes only to tell me that they will call me back. No one ever did yet. I plan on going back the next week, cancel my order and get the money back. Be careful with these people, they need to learn the hard way how to do business because this is not the right way, lying to the costumers, and worse not even returning the phone calls. I read reviews on Yelp that they threatened not to return the money to very dissatisfied customers like me if they didn't remove the negative review, astonishing!

LISTEN to the bad reviews!!! I should have checked out this company before placing my order. I ordered fencing 5/26 and was told it would take 2-2.5 weeks to receive the order. After a month I called and was told the payment from the credit card company was declined...interesting, because my credit card company did pay them! The woman told me to dispute it with my credit card company! WTH!!! Does anyone in Hackensack know who these DIRTBAGS are?

I had a wonderful experience with Fence America of New Jersey. My order was for 140 feet of 6' x 8' vinyl fence. I am a do it yourself type and had to ask several questions about the installation process and get help to insure I ordered all the correct pieces. The quality of the product was much better than Home Depot or Lowes carries and at a better price.
I live in Georgia, but the installation of the fence was done for my daughter in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. I was limited in my time to get the job done so I requested The product to be delivered which they did exactly as requested and at a very low fee.
I spoke to Chris who was extremely helpful through the order process. He provided his mobile number and to me to call any time If I needed any additional help.

I purchased and had over 150' of New York privacy vinyl fence installed in my back yard by Fence America of NJ. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. First, Chris and the rest of the office staff were easy to work with and very responsive and accommodating to our particular needs. The installation and the quality of the product exceeded our expectations. Overall, a first class operation that resulted in a very happy experience for us and we would not hesitate to highly recommend or use again should we have other fencing needs in the future.
