Worst customer service... can't trust this place... they have lost packages, they rarely leave a door tag and when they leave a tag they don't fill in the appropriate information. I I've flied multiple complaints with no change...

They left 3 door tags on my door. All three days I had at least 2-3 people in this house all day. During the same week I had over 10 packages come in from USPS and UPS with not a single missed delivery. They actually knocked on my door unlike fedex with this one delivery. I called them to schedule the delivery when I was home personally. I left instructions on the door to knock very loudly. Not only did they not leave a door tag which is suspect whether they showed up at all, the delivery was labaled as "refused" and returned back to Amazon. Dont use fedex because they clearly dont have their stuff straight.
