is a ripe off. horrible service read the reweives never will i ever use
fedexpress save your money. spend it on the ups or united state
post office service.

This station is terrible. I ordered some stuff from online that could not be delivered to my home and had to pick up at this station. Had my tracking number, doortag number, and ID and they still would not give me my package! I had to call Neiman Marcus so they could reach out to FedEx to have it release and the people at this station still took forever to give me my stuff! This FedEx is terrible!

Ms. Baker is the worst employee. She's rude, lacks knowledge, and is just unpleasant overall. She refused to get me a manager when I noted her rudeness. Everything here is slow. You will not spend less than an hour picking up a package. I'm still here now. Even if you're reading this 2 months or 2 years later, I'm still here, waiting for my package.

This place is a joke. FedEx fails to honor delivery requests, and automatically sends your package to their not-so-close location. The Leroy street location provides no phone number, and any request will put in touch with the national customer service line. Numerous times the website/customer service tells me my package is at the Leroy street location. I arrive, and it is not there. Also notable is that at 5pm there's a line out the door and only 1 person is working. No phone number, inaccurate tracking, and understaffed. Typical.

Worst costumer service ever. I paid for expedited shipping (overnight) 3 days after I still don't have my package. Not sure of what kind of business these people are running. I could not stress this more, I would not use FedEx unless I have already exhausted all other options out there.
