Insanity. Waited two hours for a package that was available "after 6 pm". No where to park. Line of people out the door, some standing in the rain like cattle. Is this real?

worst fedex service in the entire solar system. This is the second time they lied and said they attempted to deliver a package but no one was home. i was home both times and a door tag was never left in either instance! this time i take this very seriously because i ordered baby formula!!!!! at 5;29 the alleged delivery attempt was made i spoke to someone at the facility at 5;50 and the package was already at the location within 20 minutes..yea ok! this place needs to be shut down now!! so unprofessional and lazy. During christmas time i waited for a package for over a week that been shipped!!! the tracking status indicated it was on the truck waiting to be delivered, if i never called them my package would've sat on the truck for two more weeks. This complaint doesn't end here i am contacting corporate as well as better business bureau this lack of work ethics stops now.

I pay for over night delivery for no reason at all. The driver never even gets out of his truck to deliver my package then states that i was not there to sign!!! even though I left a Personalized Message of I am home all day waiting for this it is important that i receive this today please ring bell I am waiting. 3 rd time this has happen... yet nothing is being done about this place.

They don't care about how much you pay to have it shipped early they are the worst in town why are they still open????.... every single time I wish walmart would pick another place they suck. workers should be fired!!!!!!

Horrible experience. I order a lost credit card which I needed urgently and payed extra for rush 2 day shipping and its still a week I haven't gotten my package. I was told I had to come pick it up which adds to the frustration and inconvenience. On all occasions their was someone home and it keep been reported as no one was available when the package was been delivered. I am highly upset at the level of service provided by this shipping center.
