One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had in my life. I came there with a door tag and I had to call the 1-800 number to get my tracking number but when I called the 1-800 number to get the tracking number they refused to give me the tracking number. I gave the phone to the attendance at FedEx and who didn't identify herself and she got the tracking number somehow. I asked to speak with the manager who did not visit me in person but instead talk to me through the telephone I told her my frustration and all she could do was say that she was sorry which did nothing to help the situation. There were at least three other people who are in a similar situation to me. This is the worst company for residential shipping and I would recommend that nobody ever use this company to ship to a residential place. Star

Sitting at home waiting for my package and I get a text saying delivery attempt was unsuccessful because I wasn't home. Damn lie. Driver never even rang the bell. Call center employees was useless just saying I can pick it up and another attempt will be attempted tomorrow. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor at the facility and got the bs that none was available and they will make a attempt to reach the driver for another attempt. If I can help it all my shipping will be handled by UPS or USPS.

The worse location ever in history. I called them to let them know that I would be coming the next day to pick up my package because I missed the delivery guy. The lady I spoke with says "Ok, no problem, I will make a note of it." Get to Queens (mind you I live in Brooklyn), NO PACKAGE. The notes say that I wasn't there to receive the package so they were returning it to the sender. Now who ever I spoke to never made the notation on the account that I was coming the next day to pick up the package (wonderful customer service right). Just *&@$# great, a whole 2 hours wasted on travelling without succeeding. Thanks for nothing FedEx you are by far the worst.

Package never left sorting facility on 2 day air delivery. It's still waiting there. Am I suppose to make a move and call or do I assume it's ok for me to go pick it up? Why the 1 star? Well it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and no attempt was made, eg it never even got loaded onto the truck. Maybe I'm a noob at reading tracking info but it read "in transit" day, but the details under that stated it was still at the sorting facility. I dread attempting to call or even driving to pick up my package on a 2day air option.

There should be an option for ZERO STARS - THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!! Terrible!!! Seriously, retailers, please listen to your customers - FedEx is doing your business a disservice and costing you and your customers valuable money, time and energy!!!! Every time I get a FedEx tracking number I cringe. I have actually stopped ordering from companies that I know primarily use FedEx for shipping.

Ordered some stuff from an online retailer. On the day of delivery, it was raining from before 6am, until I returned home at 5:30pm. Those wonderful people at FedEx decided it would be a great idea to leave my package (a cardboard box) outside my door in the rain. Needless to say, the entire package and all its contents (which happened to be electronics) were completely soaked all the way through. They were soooo soaked, that the cardboard boxes inside the shipping box were swollen with water, and coming apart at the glued seams soaked. Called FedEx, and guess what the rep had the nerve to say to me? "I'm sorry Ma'am, but you need to contact the company you purchased it from to get it refunded"... Ummm sorry, but the retailer didn't leave my package out in the rain... FedEx DID THAT!!! Thankfully, the retailer was very understanding and agreed to replace it and pursue the matter with FedEx for a claim.

Fast forward 2 days - Yes, this is all happening the same week. Paid for overnight delivery on Thursday (before 12noon) for delivery on Friday before 8pm. Got a FedEx tracking number and almost cried. I kept checking the status of my package online, since from all my years of dealing with FedEx, FedEx NOTORIOUSLY SUCKS!!! Checked the status on Friday and got this message - delivery exception "Delivery exception JAMAICA, NY Package at station, arrived after courier dispatch". I called immediately, and was assured that my package would go out with the afternoon courier, and would still arrive by 8pm that day.

HA! Called back again at 7:30pm, because 2 other FedEx trucks passed on my block, and NEITHER truck had my package... Surprise, surprise. I was assured that the truck was still doing deliveries, and that it must be on another truck, but it would get to me that night. Lo and behold, at 11:09 PM I get an email stating "Delivery exception JAMAICA, NY - Customer not available or business closed". Now isn't this funny - It just so happens I was sitting on my front steps chatting with my neighbor when this notification comes in on my phone, in the same spot that I had been in for at least the past half hour. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone because I KNOW FOR A FACT NO FEDEX TRUCK PASSED ME. Called them up immediately, and the rep says to me, well, there's nothing I can do because the station is closed now. (But they're open enough to send that email notification and OUTRIGHT LIE on their tracking system though right???). Customer not available, my A$$.

Rep says they will try to get it to me on Saturday. (TRY???? REALLY? WTF?). I get a call at 9:50 am on Saturday: Get this: my package wasn't signed up for Saturday delivery so they can't send it out to me on Saturday, and to top it off, the truck to Brooklyn already left, so we can't do anything. This is the level of customer service provided by FedEx. It is now Monday after 1 2noon - I call again to see what is going on with my package, because the status hasn't yet been updated. Here's the kicker - the representative at Jamaica Station says, well I'm not sure if this package is still here or not. I have to look and see. I will call you back. WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T KNOW IF IT'S THERE?????

Well I am still waiting for that call back AND my package. What do I have to do to get my stuff??? This is not a Free service! The representatives act like they're doing you a favor! I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY - WHERE IS MY STUFF? Absolutely horrendous service! Retailers, Please use UPS!!
