they don't even ring your doorbell. They are lazy they just want you to come to the distribution office and pick it up yourself. I called they told me they would have it delivered properly and they didn't attempt to do that. They will tell you whatever you need to get you off of the phone. Don't deal with fedex if it goes through the MASPETH STATION! This branch truly does not care about the customer. There is no way that fedex got where they are with no customer service like this. I guess they passed the point of caring about the customer.

Avoid this place at all cost if you can but if you are expecting a package it is likely that you will have to go there to get your package because the delivery guys never bother to ring the door bell or give you a call when they come with the package. All they do is stick a door tag saying customer unavailable even though you were sitting on your couch behind that very door. When you go there with your passport(govt issued photo id) to get your package, they tell you that it is not enough. They also demand an address proof. And they want it in paper. A document you show on your phone from google drive is not enough for them. I don't think they like delivering goods to people coz none of the customers present at the time I was there, were able to receive their goods. To add to all this bs, very bad and unprofessional attitude of employees.

I don't know it's this FedEx or all FedEx. The delivery guy only have attempt once and never show up for the following days. I just watch the record on FedEx website shows he tried 3 times. The worst experience ever. I told all of the stores that I have business with never send package to me through FedEx, or I will return whatever they sent.

this review is for the woman working at the customer center. she had about a dozen customers yelling at her tonight, demanding to see a manager because someone didn't tell them they needed extra documents, etc and she remained so kind even though she looked so so so stressed.

minus one star bc yea, fedex drivers don't even try to deliver packages from here. pick up from the center of you can, a sweet lady will help you out just be sure to bring proof of address.

-1 Stars. These people indiscriminately attempt to "not deliver". I rescheduled my day just to wait for a package. No doorbell, no nothing, and all of a sudden I refresh my package status only to find that the driver opted to say mark my package as "undeliverable". Obviously he/she had better things to do, than to earn his/her paycheck. What is the added value of Fedex vs. USPS? None.
I really hope this company downsizes, fires the CEO with no severance, and then be sold piece by piece to Chipotle, Uber, and Airbnb.
