They have 1 printer and often use it to print large jobs, which makes wait times impossibly long. Not to be used for walk in printing at all.

I was a little nervous going here because of the negative reviews, but I have to say, I couldn't have had a better experience. The employee was so polite, helpful and nice. Very glad I went there.

It's located right across the PATH station, all the way on the left end of the lobby (easily missed by first time visitors). The office looks like an old office mail room, and I sometimes find the staffs MIA for a few minutes around 6 pm... though most of the staffs I have encountered were friendly, courteous, and eager to help.
