Awesome customer service! Not only did they help me get my photos printed, but Carlos even helped me get them sized, cut, and mounted in a frame! They seemed to go out of their way to make the customer experience great.

The internet speed is fucked up in this store, I had to use 2 different computers to print out my temporary registration,it took me more than 20 minutes to open a page on my email, and spend $7.50 to printed out one piece of paper, by the time I print out ,I got a reg.sticker expired ticket of $65 on my car,from the traffic officer.
There was other costumers complaining also about internet speed.

A pleasant Surprise, they pick up the phone very quickly on Steinway (Astoria NY), and provide very professional customer support. In about 2 min I knew everything I wanted, in order to schedule a shipment of a little bit complicated parcel. The guy who I was speaking to was knowledgeable and patient. That was a very satisfying experience.

FEdEx Office- I wanted to print a file and for some reason it printed incorrectly, and I have already logged off. Teresa was fantastic. She helped me to reprint the correct files at no extra charge.This is what I call customer service.
Tip: if you are using files moved from a Mac to USB to print, make sure that you use a Windows computer to copy them into a USB memory. FedEx computers do not recognize files copied from a Mac.
