Unbelievably slow and confused staff.

Awful, horrible, horrible. FedEx needs to either find semi-competent people to work here or just close it down. Until either of those happens, go to a different location or go to UPS. The staff is exceptionally rude and incomprehensibly slow. On top of that, they were out of forms today, so everyone had to wait in line to provide recipient and shipper information for the one person working at the counter to type into the computer. When someone in line had a large package to get packaged up, the one staff person took charge of wrapping that up, leaving those waiting in line to wait an additional 20 minutes. Avoid this location at all costs.

My girlfriend was attempting to do me a favor yesterday by refusing an unwanted package FedEx left at our door last week. The staff here is so rude that they sent her home in tears. They would not accept the refused package and kept insisting that we need to call 1800gofedex.

I have been shipping packages for 10 years so I can say with 100% certainty that they were just refusing to do their job.

In addition to my girlfriend being mistreated, there were many other customers in the store that appeared to be equally frustrated-- the staff was rolling their eyes, giving everyone an attitude, and being genuinely unhelpful.

I called to talk to the manager and the retail customer service associate would not put me on the phone with her. The customer service associate insisted the manager was in a meeting.. even though my girlfriend was watching the associate have a dialog with the manager while I was on the phone. I was told that Gale Vanbrook was the manager on duty at the time. I believe that if a manager refuses to even get on the phone, they should not be in that role.

Will be the last time we use this FedEx.

I am not sure how good or bad other Fedex locations, but as a shipment center this should be one of the worst. Staff is rude, does not actually care and to be honest entering my credit card information at an open booth made me uncomfortable. The system they use in computers is simply their website, which is terrible indeed. Avoid if you can.

Terrible service. Rude staff. The woman working behind the counter was dismissive, unhelpful, and short with me. Never going back. This place is a disgrace.
