I walked in the store at 8:30 to mail one letter. There were two employees and one customer in front of me. I waited for twenty minutes while one employee filed things and the other employee moved slower than dirt in helping the other customer. When, after fifteen minutes, the other customer had finally been served, the employee started helping someone who came in after me. The other employee came over to finally ring me up, but stopped half way through to take a phone call. It cost 33 dollars and 25 minutes of my time to mail a letter for 3 day delivery. The post office looked like a model of pleasant and efficient customer service by comparison.
