Waited 20 minutes to pick up a package. Horrible customer service and not accommodating in the least. I was waiting 20 minutes to pick up a package because no one else would come to the fedex counter.
I went in there one time and they said that I needed to have the shipping ID number for the package I was picking up and absolutely refused to try to find it without it. Three days later I was in there picking up a package and I tried to give them the fedex package that I had written down and they refused to take it, insisting that they look it by my last name. Consistency goes a long way...

Surprisingly, my experience here was phenomenal. I came in after work and was expecting a crowd but it was not crowded at all. I was shipping a phone and got a paid package and they advised me once I got to the front that free packages were available. Shipping was done quickly and the service was excellent.

Steven is rock-solid! He takes problems and turns them into solutions for the customer. We have used this location for years and will continue to do so; they stand behind their customers. Period.
