The store doesn't offer all fedex service. And the lady is not really helpful. I need a pre-paid shipping label. All she asked me to do was to use the computer in store do it by myself..... Even I tried to ask her for help, she still stood there doing nothing. If customers come to the store to be asked to do self-service, why we come to the store?!

It is rare that I have to ship things out but this store was very convenient and the workers were courteous, professional, polite, and helpful. I just wish I could have gotten the names of those who helped me to give them a shoutout! Anyways, thanks again!

Come here to print and ship. So convenient! And I've never seen it busy so they get through your order quickly.
