Had to have an imac 27 inch boxed safely enough for me to check in on a flight. Arrived at 7am on a Tuesday as the store opened and received impeccable customer service from Kevin. Highly recommended despite the other bad reviews on here.

I've been coming here for many years out of sheer necessity. On the rare occasion things go smoothly it is my lucky day and has nothing to do with the staff. Any request for assistance of any kind is an exercise in utter futility.

We had to drive in from Jersey to ship an emergency package on a Saturday night. The girl at the counter couldn't have been nicer. Got it all done quickly and efficiently

Same as everyone else. Just awful service. It's like the employees have neither been trained in customer service nor how to use the software to send packages. It's like they pulled people off the street who don't want to be here and trapped them against their will. Avoid if possible

Horrible customer service! We went to send a package back. My fiance had a barcode to scan on his phone, the girl behind the counter Patrice, huffed told him to turn his brightness up, then she snatched his phone, shoved it back into his hand and threw the receipt at us!! They didn't greet us when we walked in, they didn't even look friendly or happy. If you don't want to work, simply don't, no one is forcing you to be here. In sure there are more deserving people who are looking for work. Patrice can and should be relieved of her duties.
