I went to FedEx to have invitations and tags for favors for my sister's baby shower cut and printed. FedEx had everything go wrong that could and was not good at communicating when things went wrong. I often arrived at the store to pick up my order and the products were the wrong size, not printed on proper paper, or the cuts were not straight. The favor tags were an awkward size and could not be cut out and if I was called ahead of time and told this it would have been fine because you can only do what you can and I understand that. However, when I arrived to up the tags (for the second time after they were not sized even remotely correctly) they were not cut out and I should have been made aware of this complication ahead of time. The whole process wasted a lot of time and energy and FedEx was not very apologetic in the least, except for one worker, Phil, who actually did his best to rectify things as quickly as possible. I will never go to FedEx for anything again, but if you do make sure you talk to Phil. He seemed to be the only competent person who worked there.

Very helpful staff, knowledgeable about international shipping and courteous.
The store is clean and well maintained and the icing on the cake is the 8:15pm drop-off limit which fits my working hours way more than UPS or USPS.
